Journey to Light Workbook:
Welcome to Journey to Light, “Workbook for the Soul,” a very personal journey where you get to know the Self and Spirit as One. Your self-discipline, personal awareness and confidence in your intuition will excel and be seen in all areas of your life.
A loving relationship with your Self is extremely important, sometimes misunderstood and even neglected. It is as important for us to acknowledge and serve our Spirit every day as it is to drink water.
Expressing self love, positive intention and commitment is what is needed for a healthy and fulfilling relationship with the Self. Your journey to your light, will be healing for the mind, heart, body and Soul.
There are two ways to experience the journey.
It is now in a workbook format for those of you who prefer to go through the journey on your own. Simply purchase the book and begin the journey at your own pace.

The other option is as a meditation correspondence course. I will work one on one with you as you go through the journey. We will set up a time to do a consultation and healing. If you are not in a radius to come to me we will do a remote healing. We will have a designated time for this healing to take place and we will speak immediately after by phone to discuss and consult your personal needs in the journey. Then you will begin the assignments. When you complete the five days you send me your experiences which I will approach as a reading and interpret for you. This will help open you to the symbolic interpretation of your meditations. Taking you deeper into the understanding of your relationship with Self and Spirit. It assists you in the power of personal healing.
It is a six week commitment via email if you do not have access to a computer we can work through hard copy and mail.
Remember meditation is practice; remember to be kind to your Self in some of the distractions that may arise. Simple noises, inability to focus and interruptions are most likely going to be a part of it. When we learn how to embrace distraction in meditation we embrace the distractions of life.
We discover a level of compassion for ourselves we did not know we had. This in turn flows into all our relationships freeing them to heal and be understood in a whole new light.
My own commitment to meditation became deeper and clearer after doing a twelve week correspondence course with Patricia Hayes, founder of Delphi University in McCaysville, Georgia. It taught me the importance of meditation and the power within. It is because of this experience I was inspired create Journey to Light, “Workbook for the Soul”.
Meditation is a very personal experience and it will stretch you in so many ways. It opens your communication with Spirit Guides, Masters and Teachers. Angels. Their unconditional love is always with you. They never let us down and I know if you stay committed to your meditations you will feel them in a way words cannot explain.
You will learn the symbolic language of the messages and how to recognize and trust your intuition deepening your relationship with God.
I have found meditation is where the traditional and the metaphysical beliefs and perceptions become One. We blur the lines or boundaries and venture into freedom of expression, healing and creation.

Experience a Journey
into Your Light...
Just create your sacred space. Try being out in nature today if possible. If you cannot physically be outside, take a moment to create an outdoor scene in which you will meditate in. Allow your inner child to be a part of it. Use your imagination! If you can imagine it is real! Allow your breath to be natural. Bring awareness into your heart light.
- See, feel, or know that there is a beautiful pink rosebud.
- Tune into the petals, the color, the fragrance, the velvety softness. Breathe…
- Allow the petals to open slowly, as you breathe.
- Allow the color and energy to fi ll your heart as you breathe. Let it fill your being.
- Once the petals have opened, allow for a few more breaths.
- Inhale “Divine” and exhale “Love” for a few breaths. Close your eyes, breathe…
- Your awareness will now go deep into the center of the rose. Breathe; go deeper.
- Imagine you are now standing, facing into the rose, and moving into the center.
- You are moving away from Self.
- Faith will allow you see, feel, or know you are on a path that is leading to an entrance of a cave. Breathe as you get closer. Be aware of the feelings you have as you come close to cave.
- Enter the cave slowly, tune into how you feel, your emotions. Just be aware.
- Be aware of what you see, feel, or know.
- Explore for a few breaths, taking your time as you go through the cave. Be aware of any colors, texture of cave or knowings that come to conscious mind as you explore.
- Find a place to sit, legs crossed, and palms up.
- You will now begin chanting, silently or aloud.
- Inhale Silence; exhale “Yam…”
- Release from the concept of time; just “be” for now with your chant.
- Connect to the echo of the chant resonating through the cave. You are One with the vibration of the chant. You are One with the energy of the chant.
- Feel when it is done, and sit in silence for a few moments. Take a few moments to close your eyes… You are transforming lower vibration to higher.
- You are healing all matters of the heart, letting go.
- As you open your eyes a path of rose petals are leading you out of the cave. Pick them up as you go.
- Be aware of how you feel as you exit the cave.
- Smile, and know you can return at any time to heal. Your cave is a sacred site, a quiet place for you to go to. As you leave, there is a white robe outside the cave.
- Release yourself of what you have on, and wrap yourself in the robe.
- Continue to follow the path.
- You come to a waterfall; sit down at the edge of the water, and place the rose petals in the water.
- The waterfall is breathtaking; the mist from the water touches you….
- Watch the petals drift away from the shore, and from you.
- Breathe… Allow… Smile…
- A hand is placed gently on your shoulder.
- The feeling that you are never alone is with you.
- Take a few breaths, release from time, smile…Hold the feeling you are having. You are One with the water, your breath and the peace it offers.
- When you feel it is time allow your senses to adjust. Breathe…
- Open your eyes when ready. Journal.
Remember begin with your feelings.
