The first 20 minutes is theory or basic yoga tips, etc., then a 40 minute class and closing meditation. Followed by consultations to help you (the group) incorporate yoga into daily life. The simplest way to know how much space is needed is to lay down a large bath towel. There should be room to extend arms out wide. Parties are held in the privacy of your own home. Price for the Yoga Class is $60 per person and includes materials and the class.
